Scheduled Maintenance

Scheduled maintenance: Infrastructure migration of Flipbooks Aug 24, 2026 04:00-08:00 CEST

We're migrating Flipbooks to a new EU-owned and -operated infrastructure. This will strengthen GDPR compliance and improve reliability of our services. You can learn more here.

What to expect?

During the maintenance windows on the 24th and 25th of August, the iPaper Flipbooks platform will be unavailable for extended periods.

This includes:

• Admin

• Flipbook creation and processing

• API

• Branded domain and SSL creation

• FTP monitors

This means you will not be able to work in the iPaper Flipbooks platform during the period of migration.

Statistics

During the maintenance window, even though your flipbooks are still live, we will not be able to record and save any statistics for your live flipbooks.

Email sending

Email sending from iPaper will be stopped for a brief period during the maintenance window. The emails will not be lost, but just delayed.

Will your flipbooks be affected?

We expect little to no impact on the Flipbook viewer.

Your visitors should be able to continue viewing your published flipbooks throughout the migration.

While we don't anticipate any noticeable disruption to the viewing experience, there may be brief periods where viewing is affected when traffic is moved from AWS to the new environment.

We appreciate your patience

We're carrying out the migration during off-peak hours to minimize disruption of your work.

The viewing experience of your live flipbooks should not be affected, except for very brief periods.

Once complete, your Flipbooks will be running on our new infrastructure, providing a stronger foundation for future improvements.

If you have any questions, our Support team is happy to help.
